Terms of Service

Handled is run by Paul Shmelov (“we”). By creating an account or using Handled you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Handled does

Handled gives you a link that talks to people interested in your services, keeps track of them, and helps you follow up, book, quote, and get paid. Some of this uses AI, which can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give us a real email address.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Me screen.

Your clients and your messages

Messages Handled sends go out in your business's name. You're responsible for them, for having a genuine reason to contact the people you add, and for following the Acceptable Use Policy. Your data stays yours. We only use it to run Handled for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Card payments from your clients are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms, into your own Stripe account. Handled takes a 1% fee on card payments. We never hold your clients' money.

Ending things

You can stop using Handled whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk. We'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

No guarantees

Handled is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never go down or never lose a message. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. Questions: hello@handled.link.
