Acceptable Use Policy

Handled sends email in your business's name, so how one person uses it affects whether everyone else's email arrives. You agree not to use Handled to:

• Message people who haven't contacted you or asked to hear from you, including bought, scraped, or shared lists.
• Keep contacting someone who has unsubscribed or asked you to stop.
• Pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about who you are or what you're offering.
• Offer anything illegal where you or your client are, or anything sexual involving minors, hateful, or violent.
• Collect passwords, card numbers, or ID documents through the chat or your link.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the limits of Handled, or get into anyone else's account.
• Trick the AI into saying things you wouldn't say yourself, then send them to clients.
